The perky celebrations marked the ‘Labour Day’ at BVM, USN. The candid efforts of the industrious care-takers were appreciated and awarded by the school Principal today. The monitors of classes I to XII felicitated them with florid bouquets. Young BVMites also prepared cards for them as token of gratitude. It was a day of extreme felicity as the fruit of their labour was acknowledged. Aastha and Taruna of class V expressed their thankfulness towards the laborious workers by reciting poems. Mrs. Sunita Khera (teacher), enlightened the students about the importance of the Day. Mr. Bharat Bhushan (music teacher), presented a melodious song ‘Majdoor Zindabaad’ enthralling everyone. All the helpers were overwhelmed and they expressed their gratitude towards the school Management, teachers and students for their endeavour. Pushpa, one of the senior workers presented her views and urged students to cooperate with them in their work. The Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi congratulated the workers and thanked them for their selfless services. She also made the students understand their priceless contribution not only in running the school but also in the society.
